Client:
- Updated movement netcode
- Increased tickrate
- Player positions now actively update when attacks are executed, which should reduce desyncs
- p2p disabled should feel the same as p2p enabled
- Other players do not jitter anymore
- Due to the improved netcode, ball drop bug chance has been reduced to 40 - 50%
- p2p_enable 0 applies immediately
- p2p_enable 1 is still default
- Added m:oldtick and console command slow_network to restore old tickrate (new netcode remains)
Server:
- mute_clan command added. Disables clan chat.
- Various bug fixes and performance improvements.
