Reduced input delay from 25ms to 10ms.
Linear damage dropoff curve changed from (4000, 24000, 0.7) to (4000, 24000, 0.6).

Homing Rifle
Reduced input delay from 40ms to 10ms.
Revised spray pattern to be chevron-shaped.
Magazine size increased from 27 to 30.
Time between bursts increased from 375ms to 400ms.

Spark Rifle
Reduced input delay from 50ms to 10ms.
Revised spray pattern to be chevron-shaped.
Magazine size increased from 24 to 27.
Linear damage dropoff curve changed from (4000, 24000, 0.3) to (4000, 24000, 0.2).

Heavy Machine Gun
Angular scaling of spray pattern increased from 0.9 degrees to 1.0 degrees (i.e. a minor accuracy decrease).
Decreased move speed from 0.9 to 0.8 (but move speed while shooting is unchanged).

Decreased move speed from 1.0 to 0.9 (but move speed while shooting is unchanged).

Turret (Mobile)
