• Renamed to Plasma Rifle to avoid confusion with the old aim-assisted Homing Rifle.
• Description updated for new burst-fire behavior (on the base weapon and all skins).
• Increased fire rate from 12.5 rps to ~13.33 rps.
• Decreased time between bursts from 400ms to 375ms.
• Changed linear damage dropoff curve from (4000, 8000, 0.2) to (4000, 12000, 0.2)
• Minor accuracy increase (for mid-range usage, similar to Assault Rifle).

Spark Rifle
• Description updated for new burst-fire behavior (on the base weapon and all skins).
• Increased fire rate from 10.0 rps to ~13.33 rps.
• Decreased time between bursts from 400ms to 375ms.
• Increased magazine size from 27 to 30.
• Reduced base damage from ~11.02 to ~9.32.
