Dev Note: Plasma Rifle and Spark Rifle were intended to be difficult weapons that rewarded accuracy with faster killing speeds than their automatic-fire counterparts (Assault Rifle and Semi-Rifle). These changes preserve that quality, but it's less extreme than before. Additionally, their new shooting VFX should more accurately depict that both guns shoot small hitscan bullets. In terms of hit registration, the bullets that they shot were never projectiles, nor were they ever large-sized.
