So my case is now "resolved" Once again now I know that unfortunately, the James is AI support and they can't provide decent customer service (there is no customer service) once again I will explain you my situation "challenge farming" I never farmed anything and that's why I was confused about this and opened a ticket, I wrote that they should take a good look on my case and provide me with the specific material where is shown that I was farming event or something, however, as there is no customer service I was not waiting for something good to happen.
