Cosmetic Artist
About the Role

We need Cosmetic Artists to model and texture costumes, weapon skins and accessories.

You won't be designing on your own.
Every piece starts with a concept that provides the visual design.
Your job is to bring it to life as a 3D model.

Freelance, no contracts, no fixed hours.
Our art style is hand-painted. No PBR.
If you're new to our pipeline, we'll help you get started.

Payment Model

Shop content: You receive 35% of net revenue during the first release cycle (typically one week).
The Concept Artist receives 5%. Revenue from subsequent re-releases is not included.

Non-shop content (event rewards, challenges, internal work) is paid as a fixed price agreed before production.

Terms may change in the future but anything already agreed upon stays as-is.

Application Task

Submit an original, hand-painted 3D asset that you modeled and textured yourself.
PBR materials are not allowed. AI use is strictly forbidden.

If you choose a costume: our system is mix-and-match.
Players swap individual parts (head, top, bottom, gloves, shoes) and combine pieces from different sets.
Each piece you model should look complete on its own and not rely on another part of the set to work.

We strongly recommend Blender (.blend preferred), as it matches our internal tooling.
Maya and 3DS MAX are also accepted.

Include all files needed to view the piece, most importantly textures.
Consider double-checking on another computer that it can be viewed independently.
Explain your workflow and tools.
Tell us what you specialize in (modeling, texturing, weighting), when you started and any other relevant background.

18+ years old with ID verification.

Reference Files

A Blender file is attached with naked male and female characters in T-pose, plus base models for every listed weapon type.
Use these as your starting point.
