Yes but it's not pay 2 win because it doesn't increase damage , speed ...
it's just the levels it doesn't have an impact during a match

we invest real money to speed up our leveling progress, so it saves us time to hitting the desired rank

so what im telling is that this guy actually cares for the XP and would also wish for 7k, but without paying for it

if someone got a better term for this instead of p2w then let me know...
