We had to pay the 99,99$ Deluxe Package to get the Cool Guy for a very limited time on Xero. Unless you were asking to obtain it via the challenges or whatever, it'd be a bummer for those who actually spent such an amount for it.

well, wasnt just the set in that case u bought also 13k zp which is already 100 euro (i think idk i watched the exchange page)

Yeah, which allowed you to pay for some other stuff aswell but the point is, the only way to obtain it was to pay.
