they give you warnings because there are many AFK people who keep W A S or D pressed to avoid getting kicked, so now you have to start using your mouse in addition to your keyboard so they don't give you kick warnings

no u need hits to be safe, also repetetive movement doesnt count so u have to change ur movements and hits
