Have you even seen the video? because literally in the first second in the video i dash him from like 1 meter. Also, don't you see the speed he does the speed counter with? maybe you need to slow down the video or go frame by frame, that's literally in human reaction time. he takes exactly 1 frame after i dash him and it says "Strike" above his head for him to start doing the speed counter.
