My boyfriend has been raising tickets to get support and solve this issue and not only they closed his tickets without a response multiple times but was banned from entering the page when he raised a ticket to show that the moderator was closing his tickets without a response. That is what I mean by "getting banned when raising a ticket". And it was always the same moderator who closed his tickets. To deny someone access to the page just because he's trying to solve the issue by raising the tickets and speaking to support is wild, even more so when they closed ALL his tickets without any response.
