Challenge Abuse

We want to address the recent concerns regarding challenge abuse.

An issue was identified that allowed certain challenges to be exploited in unintended ways.
This was not a recent occurrence and has been present for an extended period of time due to the complexity of the underlying system.

The issue has been fully resolved and safeguards have been implemented to prevent similar cases going forward.

Anyone who receives the message "Insufficient balance" on sign in should submit a ticket under the Account Help category for further instructions.

My boyfriend has been raising tickets to get support and solve this issue and not only they closed his tickets without a response multiple times but was banned from entering the page when he raised a ticket to show that the moderator was closing his tickets without a response. That is what I mean by "getting banned when raising a ticket". And it was always the same moderator who closed his tickets. To deny someone access to the page just because he's trying to solve the issue by raising the tickets and speaking to support is wild, even more so when they closed ALL his tickets without any response. I attach proof here of this moderator Ryan who's been closing all his tickets and banning him from acess to xero
