I like the idea of custom clanmarks and I understand that its supposed to be aquired via the Premium subscription free boosts, Its creating a nice motivation to buy premium.
I do not like getting punished financially for having a clan with a big member count. 7 boosts are the equivalent of 3500ZP or 35€ monthly.
Its tricky enough to have 25 out of 50 players consistently playing, since you dont want to kick ALL PLAYERS who leave the game for a couple of months just to reduce boost thresholds. We already replace inactive players with active ones but its not my purses or my clan marks fault that the gameplay loop on the guns server can get frustrating/demotivating and often does not motivate people long term to commit to the subscription or the game itself.
We try hard to create a friendly/non toxic community for new and casual players, as the guns server can be very hard to play in for mentioned players. The high percentage of high skill players, low player count and the extreme learning curve lead to many players quitting before they ever reach a level sufficient to play along the "old" guns community. Others take prolonged breaks and come back with renewed interest after some time. I rely on quanitity alot to keep the clan alive throughout the week and different EU daytimes. I repeat, I do not like being punished financially for keeping a high member count.
