What is the lowest possible "Ping" I can achieve when connecting to the primary game server from
Dubai, United Arab Emirates?
I am currently experiencing an average latency of 70-80 Ms when connecting to the main game server from the United Arab Emirates. Furthermore, I encounter occasional random spikes in latency from time to time while connecting to the main game server. Unfortunately, I'm unsure of the underlying cause for these fluctuations.
You can check it yourself with executing "ping game.codezerone.net" in the cmd. You can also check which route your connection is using from your end to the gameserver with "tracert game.codezerone.net" in the cmd. (This may take up to 1 minute and if you don’t know what a traceroute is, this won’t help you anyways.)
I'm hopeful that I can connect with a fellow member of S4 Xero who also plays from the United Arab Emirates. It would be great to have someone who can provide me with information about their average ping or latency in the game. This would give me a better understanding of the typical experience for players in my region.
