Why are people getting banned when raising a ticket as you instructed?

None of the people who abused exploits are truly banned. You just can’t sign in with negative balance, so I’m not sure what you mean with "getting banned when raising a ticket".

The only people "this affected" are people who knowingly exploited this. And the more they exploited it the more severe the consequences are. Deserved punishment, and anyone who can’t pay for the things they essentially stole always has the option to ask for the extreme punishment which is wiping the account state back to the first instance of exploitation.

If you have fallen for it by accident thats once, multiple Times arent a accident anymore. Being 20.000 zp in debt Just Shows how many times people knowingly abused it.

If you dont have the Money to pay it Back you can say it and they will revert the items. People should be lucky they arent perma banned for this Kind of behavior, other games would have banned them. This is a private Server, you can Play completely for free, earn enough pen to buy nice costumes and have Events every week + bigger Events with zp as a reward. I dont think its greedy, Look at falove, pro7games or alaplaya, what they did with Caps and how much they charged is insane. In xero you are guaranteed to get a drop at max 50 Caps, and with how many items people get from the weeklx Event the drop rate is pretty high.

Thinking xero is greedy when they are this fair about a exploit this huge is Just wrong, they have Team members who get paid for their Work, other companys have interns and paying them in "experience". Maybe you are Just being a Egoist only thinking about yourself....
