Funny how people are even disagreeing with a thing which would be optional and harm no one at all anyhow. It's not like I'm saying the default kick system itself should be made permanent. All this means is that there could be a command in f11 such as "permakick XXX" or hell, simply make it so that people you have in your general block list cannot join your rooms any more unless you remove them from that list.
And, should I mention a few of those who disagree are people that seem to have personal issues with me such as getting annoyed by my dashes or are getting kicked from my rooms )).

Aaaaixxx.. It's not worth it, I warned you. Any suggestion to make the game better and limit what really killed it is seen as aggression by ppl, cuz that's exactly why the game died :) Any opinion you have that differs from others makes everyone run to you and try to humiliate you, cuz wow, you have your own opinion and it's different from the herd. Few of them gave any arguments other than: "oh, we just don't like you, we're going to hate you, get out of our sandbox and give us back the shovel". xD Leave it all alone, it's a lost cause. idk who's side youre on but making a permakick (blacklist) will NOT make the game better it would just divide the community even more than it is now. once you kick someone anyways theyre not even able to join your room for the whole day or log on to a different account to join so whats the problem? if you genuinely dislike someone that much just kick them everyday then. also, then bro mentions "latinos" in his replies to you, so is this post abt kicking ppl that are actually game sabotaging or do you just want to abuse the kick system to kick a group of people you dont like at all and restrain them from enjoying the game when literally almost everyone in NA/SA is already ostracized by the EU community lmao @SocioPath 
It is about kicking people whom I don't want in my room and that includes latinos who join despite the room title being EU and talking shit such "ez EU room" every time they are asked nicely to leave. Usually it is the same people.
To kick them every day, I would either have to memorize/write down their names and type the names in f11 kickadd command one by one every day I enter the game (which I've actually done with some who do join my room intentionally every day) or don't bother myself that much and only kick them when they join my match (which is not possible when the match is ongoing and that is usually the time they join, intentionally). Anyways, as I mentioned in my earlier reply, I see no reason why this whole thing is even being argued about.
I've suggested making an option that disallows people you have chatblocked from also joining your room which is just such a normal and logical thing it makes no sense to me why anyone is even against it.
If I have chatblocked someone for obviously being a bother to me, I wouldn't want them in the room I own either. All this does is simply making sure that they don't join my room at all instead of allowing them the chance of getting to play in my room once while the match is ongoing because I am going to kick them afterward anyways.

you dont see why your suggestion should be argued about?... its a bad suggestion thats why O_O or atleast not a thought out one and only thought out for the benefit of yourself and the abuser. i suggest fixing ur idea so that it isnt going to be abused by half of the community since the playerbase is so small already. nor should you be able to manipulate games solely bc u have a blocklist/permakick list lmao. ex: ppl will be able to block players that are not "good enough" which makes it hard for casual players or newer players to join rooms, you will be able to block "better players" to not play against better players, you will be able to block anyone for any reason it doesnt even have to be theyre good or bad or toxic you could just simply block them and they wouldnt be able to play 
im not sure what other game even allows such a thing? overwatch and marvel offer "avoid a teammate" but it is only limited to 3 people + the playerbase is exponentially larger than xero.
