Why does it seem like everyone is getting a lot of perm items from this event. o.O.... Are they increasing the chance for it this time around? O.o What a mystery.....

maybe every 5 events they do so, so ppl dont give up LOL, note this down n lets check again after 5 events

I feel like yes cause last event I got something perm it was the red CS that was like 5 events ago I think, unless I'm wrong and got lucky.....

ye cuz imagine u dont get anything in like 10 events with low caps chances, u'd give up, but if u get smth even if only 1 thing every now n then, u'd continue like what we r doing rn xd
