Not a rule added as far as i know, but thats not a solution turret has been an issue for a long time now.

not that rule dummy I know those are for turret and I was the one that requested r:notrs lol we dont have one for shield and turret so something r:noturretshield

sorry but if ur losing against some guy playing turret without shield thats more of a skill gap than a problem with xero
I also dont think that it would be a problem for them to implement that
