Remove turret since you enable the shield remove turret!

or just create a no shield or no turret room

Not a rule added as far as i know, but thats not a solution turret has been an issue for a long time now.

sorry but if ur losing against some guy playing turret without shield thats more of a skill gap than a problem with xero

skill issue totally. Let me set up my turret that can kill people in 2 seconds from spawn also let me put the r:nosniper rule too that will show them for sure. It got removed since thankfully since it's been an issue. If you played the game long enough you would know this I'm sure.
