Do you realize that you have to put so many hours of your weekend to complete this event, all for some random capsules with no certainty of dropping any items? "Thanks for the opportunity" like bro was hired to his dream company or something. Theoretically you'd need to spend minimum 272 minutes which corresponds to roughly 4.5+ hours, and this doesn't even consider the waiting time in lobbies, breaks between games etc. so it will take longer than that. Not to mention the other requirements like "achive 50 kills in dm", "score 8 time in td". This is a pvp server of an already dead game and they want to make their total of 100 players do this unoriginal event and spend their time chasing their unimaginative costumes with always some red-black demonic theme because you kids love it so much.
"nooo you can't play the game and earn rewards for free without spending a single real concurrency. Devs must give us everything without any effort grr not fair bros, imagine ACTUALLY playing all the modes and KILLING PEOPLE IN DM? ARE YOU CRAZY? WTF! KILLING PEOPLE IN DM? THAT'S INSANE GIVE US A ST2 2V2 EVENT INSTEAD!"
Here is a good example of how not to understand what you read. Keep on doing 5+ hours free labor to the MAYBE get an item and worship developers because they gave you a chance, doesn't matter how, to earn free unimaginative cosmetics. If you actually play this game, you'd know that the majority of players don't like to spend hours in game modes which are SO BORING and purposeless. It's not like it brings value as in new players or anything like that as well, instead you get bunch of people AFK farming or barely touching their keyboards/mouses to do anything, what a nice time to play some new game modes full of zombie players.
