i updated my gpu driver, visual all in one etc i tried everything but im still getting same result what can i do?

- Disable Windows Defender or any anti-virus software you have installed.
- Disable OneDrive and ensure Xero has no ties to OneDrive.
- Update your Windows operating system to the most recent (stable) version. We do not provide support for bleeding-edge or canary builds of Windows.
- Update all drivers manually or via the Windows update service.
I really did everything. I have windows 11 at home and it works without issue but at my windows 10 it's not working. Is problem about staying windows 10?

had the same issue. reinstalled my windows" erased everything in c drive related to the game after searching for the name " deleted everything related to the game on other drives as well, also deleted the game file in this destination " This PC > Documents "... after allat installed the game on the new windows and it worked for me.

I've got the same problem when i was without internet, i was using my phone for internet and i've got this error message, if u are using ur mobile (sharing ur connection). I guess u just can't log on, u need ethernet or wifi.
