Challenge Abuse
We want to address the recent concerns regarding challenge abuse.
An issue was identified that allowed certain challenges to be exploited in unintended ways.
This was not a recent occurrence and has been present for an extended period of time due to the complexity of the underlying system.
The issue has been fully resolved and safeguards have been implemented to prevent similar cases going forward.
Anyone who receives the message "Insufficient balance" on sign in should submit a ticket under the Account Help category for further instructions.
They did same for long time, the only blame is on Xero team

Permabanning people for doing what the "system" allow you to is not what you should do.
Give away for apology to others some caps and make events, plan somkething and show professionalism.
