Challenge Abuse

We want to address the recent concerns regarding challenge abuse.

An issue was identified that allowed certain challenges to be exploited in unintended ways.
This was not a recent occurrence and has been present for an extended period of time due to the complexity of the underlying system.

The issue has been fully resolved and safeguards have been implemented to prevent similar cases going forward.

Anyone who receives the message "Insufficient balance" on sign in should submit a ticket under the Account Help category for further instructions.

None of the people who abused exploits are truly banned. You just can’t sign in with negative balance, so I’m not sure what you mean with "getting banned when raising a ticket".

Only higher-ups see those kinds of tickets and can act accordingly.

You just had to not abuse exploits or bugs to avoid getting banned. First you abuse bugs and exploits, and then you get angry when they catch you and ban you.

We’re ‘boring and irrelevant’ just because we don’t do or think what you want?
Maybe you should be frustrated with yourself, not with others, for your own mistakes.
The people who abused a bug that partially ruined Xero’s economy deserve to be punished, because behind every skin and every animation there are real people who worked on them.
Exploiting a bug to get things for free without the staff knowing is truly unfair to everyone who put effort into the project

then just remove the stuff they got by abusing bugs, why going for vengance, whats your and the xero teams problem?

there were other- more humane-like fixes for this issue, ya why i even write about this

like i said, drown in yalls own greed- its fine just lower down the number of players, then you can get a smaller server, reduce the costs!
