Challenge Abuse

We want to address the recent concerns regarding challenge abuse.

An issue was identified that allowed certain challenges to be exploited in unintended ways.
This was not a recent occurrence and has been present for an extended period of time due to the complexity of the underlying system.

The issue has been fully resolved and safeguards have been implemented to prevent similar cases going forward.

Anyone who receives the message "Insufficient balance" on sign in should submit a ticket under the Account Help category for further instructions.

None of the people who abused exploits are truly banned. You just can’t sign in with negative balance, so I’m not sure what you mean with "getting banned when raising a ticket".

Only higher-ups see those kinds of tickets and can act accordingly.

Just as disgusting as people abusing an already extremely generous system to get more out of it unfaithfully. The alternative was a permanent account ban. And people don’t need to pay for what they stole, they can always ask for their account to be wiped to when they first exploited this.

its pointless anyways, i just felt like passing some hate to you or critic or whatever u wanna call it, continue acting like a politician instead like an actual person who knows how natural human behavior work
